Returns
At Shreevos, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@shreevos.com with your order number and reason for return, along with any images if need be.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping QR code. Simply take this QR code to your local Post Office to send your item back.
Return Shipping
- Due to us being a small start up business we can't afford to pay for return shipping right now, so customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (if applicable) which is usually around the price of £3.95
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
